A podcast to accompany the Lamat (Star, Rabbit) trecena in the Horoscope blog. This podcast touches on many of the topics included in the Maya Count-of-Days Horoscope blog for May 1-13  but includes additional material as well.  This third podcast was published shortly after the trecena began and contains comments related to key events that have happened in the past under this energy influence, and key events that happened on the first day (One Lamat, on May 1st), which was an important marker day within the Maya Calendar.

As this is the last trecena (13 day period) within the 260 day calendar cycle many huge shifts tend to take place within this time frame, some of which are highlighted here, such as the huge March for Our Lives demonstrations in early 2018. This is the Calendar Round return of energies that were last in place during the “firey” spring of 1968. It is also the  birth trecena for a number of “bright light” rock stars such as David Bowie and Prince, with commentary on those energies included here. Roger Daltry’s Near to Surrender song, mentioned in the podcast, can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mc6Ijrkm4Y0

An introduction to the workings of the Maya Calendar can be found in Episode One of this podcast series.
