A podcast to accompany the Kab’an trecena in the Horoscope blog, which is oriented around the idea of “Movement”, even “evolutionary” movement, including connections to the Aztec Sun Stone. This podcast touches on many of the topics included in the Maya Count-of-Days Horoscope for Oct. 17-29th, but includes additional material as well.  Published shortly after this trecena (13-day period) began, this 16th podcast highlights many important events that coincided with the start of this trecena, including the opening of India’s Durga festival, the Women’s Marches across the US, the UN’s International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, and Jacinda Ardern’s second term win in New Zealand.  A number of events from past cycles that have implications for current events are also highlighted, particularly those related to the 2016 election, to the impeachment trial last February, and to the early stages of the pandemic. Emphasis is on the energies relating to the current 13 day sequence.

An introduction to the workings of the Maya Calendar can be found in Episode One of this podcast series and in the MCA blog section of my mayacalendararts.com site on the Maya Calendrics page.
