A podcast to accompany the K’an trecena in the Horoscope blog, which is oriented around the idea of “Germination” within the mythological creation sequence. This podcast touches on many of the topics included in the Maya Count-of-Days Horoscope blog for Oct. 4-16, but includes additional material as well.  This 15th podcast was published shortly after the trecena (13-day period) began. It highlights a number of events from past cycles that had implications for current events under the same energy influences, particularly those related to the impeachment trial and those related to the coronavirus.  Energies relating to the current 13 day sequence are highlighted, along with the birth energies of several people born within this time frame, including Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,  George Floyd, and Carl Gustav Jung.

The 1931 passage by Carl Gustav Jung is from C.G. Jung Speaking: Interviews and Encounters, edited by William McGuire and R.F.C. Hull, published by Princeton University Press in 1977.

An introduction to the workings of the Maya Calendar can be found in Episode One of this podcast series and in the MCA blog section of my mayacalendararts.com site on the Maya Calendrics page.
