Date Decoder

To find your birth date, or to find the Maya Calendar date equivalent to any date in mind, we recommend this Maya Calendar Decoder: www.maya-calendar.com/calc.html

To find a specific day keep the correlation at 584,283. Enter the date on the left and Calculate. Then look for the Tzolkin line in the column on the right.

For example: for Jan. 1, 2008 (as shown), when you click Calculate you will see 8 Kan in the Tzolkin position, 3rd from the bottom on the right hand side.

To use this date decoder please go to www.mayan-calendar.com/calc.html
(With thanks to Dr. Ed Barnhart of the Maya Exploration Center.)
